Who we are

JK Railing Solutions Ltd. (“we”) designs, fabricates and installs railing, gates and fence from our shop at #204, 8625 130th Street, Surrey, BC. This policy covers the personal information you send us through this website. Questions about it go to jkrailing@outlook.com or (604) 760-2636.

What we collect

Only what you type into the quote form: your name, phone number, email, the service you are interested in, approximate linear feet and the project details you write, which may include an address. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in that email, such as photos of your deck.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.

How we use it

To reply to your request, book a site measure, prepare a quote and carry out the work you hire us for. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Where it goes

Quote requests are delivered to our email inbox through a form-to-email provider, which passes the message on to us and keeps a copy for up to 30 days. Our email is hosted by an email provider. Both may store data outside Canada.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and job records for as long as we need them to do the work, to honour our obligations to you, and to meet tax and legal requirements. After that we delete them.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing jkrailing@outlook.com. We handle personal information in line with British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page. Last updated October 5, 2026.
