Working in Coquitlam
Coquitlam is across the Port Mann Bridge from our Surrey shop, and the largest of the Tri-Cities.
Coquitlam homes run from flat lots in the southwest to hillside streets up toward Burke Mountain and Westwood Plateau, where decks and stairs often sit well above grade. Permits come from the City of Coquitlam.

Do you come out to Coquitlam for the measure?
Yes. Coquitlam is across the Port Mann Bridge from our Surrey shop, and the largest of the Tri-Cities. The site measure is free, and we check the framing and confirm guard heights before we quote.
Can a gate match my railing?
Yes. Gates are welded in the same shop and finished in the same powder coat, so they can match the picket and colour of your deck railing or fence.
Do aluminum stairs need painting?
No. The stairs are finished in baked powder coat, and aluminum never needs paint. That is the main reason to choose it over steel or wood.
Insulated or corrugated roof?
Both are aluminum. Insulated panels have a foam core, so the space below stays cooler in summer and quieter in the rain. Corrugated aluminum is a single profiled sheet: lighter and simpler.
